What is an Alternate Flow?

An Alternate Flow is an in-context step-by-step guide inside a desktop application. When your end users access an Alternate Flow from the Self Help section, a card appears on their desktop. The card includes steps that guide your end users to complete a task without any friction or hassle.

Alternate Flow creation is used for guidance during the following scenarios:

  • Feasibility issues when creating DAP content
  • Constant failure with element detection and selection
