Change the default language for auto-translating content

Article summary

Whatfix Desktop uses English as the default language for auto-translation. But if you don't create your content in English, you can change the default language to your preferred language.

Use the following steps to change the default language:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Translations.

  1. Under the Default section, click change.

  2. On the pop-up, click the dropdown.

  3. Select the preferred language.

  4. Click Change language.

Once you have changed the default language, you can then auto-translate content to any language based on your requirement.
