Change the i icon for Smart Tips

You can change the "i" icon used to show the Smart Tips to your custom image under the configuration settings.

Note
  • You must whitelist Whatfix domains to upload a custom icon for Smart Tips.
  • If whitelisting is not done, then the custom icon appears as a broken link to your end users.

Use the following steps to change the i icon for Smart Tips:

  1. On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Themes.

  2. Click the Smart-tips tile.

  1. Choose the Image option and then click Choose.

  2. Go to the icon that you want to use and select it.

  3. Once you upload your image, click Save.

  • Whatfix supports only the .PNG format
  • Image resolution should be a maximum of 18x18 pixels and size should be less than 2 KB
  • When an "i" icon selection is saved, the previously uploaded image is lost. You can toggle between options before you save the image.
