# Was sind Flows?

Whatfix Flows sind sequentielle Schritte, die den Benutzern helfen, ein Ziel zu erreichen oder eine Aufgabe durch eine Reihe von Schritt-für-Schritt-Aktionen zu erledigen. Diese Schritte werden als eine Ebene über Ihrer Webanwendung angezeigt.
