Delete a Smart Tip

Whatfix enables you to delete Smart Tips that are no longer useful to you or your end-users. You can delete a single Tip from the Smart Tip collection or the entire Smart Tip collection.

Delete a Tip from a Smart Tip collection

Use the following steps to delete a Smart Tip from a Smart Tip collection:

4. Go to the tip that you want to delete, and then click Delete.

   You can only delete Smart Tips from the Content section.

5. Click Save.
   

Delete an entire Smart Tip collection

Use the following steps to delete an entire Smart Tip collection:

3. Hover your cursor over the Smart Tip collection you want to delete, and then click the More icon.
   

4. Click Delete.
   

5. In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete.
   

Delete Multiple Smart Tip segments

Use the following steps to delete multiple Smart Tips segments:

3. Select the Smart Tip segments that you want to delete.
   

4. Click the Delete icon.
   

5. In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete.
