The Task List can be disabled and enabled again at any time. Once disabled, the Task List is no longer displayed on your application and end users cannot access it.
Use the following steps to disable the Task List:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Click Production tab.

Select the Task List segment that you want to disable using the checkbox.

Click Remove from production.
Note:
The Task List is moved back to the Draft stage and your end users will no longer see this Task List.
