Does Whatfix Analytics look at my end user data?

Whatfix Guidance Analytics focuses only on how your end users interact with Whatfix-created content. You can find information about how effective your flows and widgets are.
Some of the metrics captured by Whatfix Guidance Analytics are as follows:

• Total number of times your users viewed our content.
• A list of the most popular Flows.
• Completion rates and type of content your users are looking for and the exact search phrases in use.

We do not look at your end user clickstream data outside the application nor do we capture/store any data that is entered into your application.
