Embed a Vidyard video using Embed code

You can embed videos to any Pop-up template to deliver more information to your users. The video can be embedded in the description section. For more information on Whatfix Pop-up templates see, Choose the Pop-up template.

Adding video embed code in a Pop-up is a 2-step process.

Step 1: Get the video embed code
Step 2: Inserting the video embed code in the Pop-up

Follow the steps below to add a Vidyard video to a Pop-up,

Step 1: Get the video link

1. Go to the location where the video file is located in your Vidyard account.

2. Hover the cursor over the video and click the Share button.
   

3. Click the Copy link button to copy the link to your clipboard.
   

Step 2: Inserting the video in the pop-up

4. In the Description section, place the cursor at where you want to add the video and double-click to open the Rich Text Editor.
   
5. Click the Insert Video icon. 
   
6. Click the By URL icon and paste the video URL that was copied in the first part above.
   

7. Click Insert and finish creating the Pop-up.
