Embed Wistia video using Embed code

You can embed videos to any Pop-up template to deliver more information to your users. The video can be embedded in the description section. For more information on Whatfix Pop-up templates, see Choosing the Pop-up template.

Adding video embed code in a Pop-up is a 2-step process:

Step 1: Get the video embed code.
Step 2: Insert the video embed code in the Pop-up.

Follow the steps below to add a Wistia video:

Step 1: Get the video embed code

1. Go to your Wistia account and play the video you want to include in the Pop-up.

2. Hover the cursor over the video and click the Share icon.

   

3. Click < > Embed to copy the embed code.

   

Step 2: Insert the video embed code in the pop-up

4. In the Description section, place the cursor where you want to add the video and double-click to open the Rich Text Editor.
   

5. Click the Insert Video icon.
   

6. Paste the embed code that was copied in the first part above.
   

7. Click Insert.
   

8. Finish creating the Pop-up.
