Embed a Youtube video using Embed code

Adding Youtube video embed code in a Pop-up is a 2-step process.

Step 1: Get the video embed code
Step 2: Insert the video embed code in the Pop-up

Use the following steps to add a Youtube video,

Step 1: Get the video embed code

  1. Go to the YouTube video that you want to include the Pop-up.

  2. Click Share.

  3. Click the Embed icon.

  4. Click Copy to copy the video embed code.

Step 2: Inserting the video embed code in the pop-up

Use the following steps to insert the video embed code in the pop-up;

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Click Pop-ups.

  1. Hover your cursor over the Pop-up segment you want to configure, and then click the Edit icon.

  1. In the Description section, place the cursor in the area where you want to add the video and double-click to open the Rich Text Editor.

  2. Click the Insert Video icon.

  3. Paste the embed code that was copied in the first section above.

  4. Click Insert.

  5. Finish creating the Pop-up.
