Embed a Survey in a Pop-Up

You can embed a survey in a Whatfix Pop-up to get users opinion and feedback. Whatfix supports all the popular survey forms like Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics Forms, and Microsoft Forms, etc.

Use the following steps to attach a survey to a Pop-up:

4. Click Pop Up.
   

5. Select the Surveys/Opinions template.
   

   Note

   Survey forms can be attached to a Pop-up only using the Surveys/Opinions template.

6. Enter a name for the Pop-up segment by clicking the Untitled Pop-up text on top.
   

7. Next, click Insert Survey Link and enter the survey form URL.
   

8. Once the survey form is embedded, click the Set Visibility Rules button.

   • Click the Save button to save and mark the Pop-up as an inactive draft. You can resume editing by clicking the Edit icon.

9. Set the visibility rules for the Pop-up to appear. See Visibility and Display Rule Conditions for more information on the different conditions that can be used in Visibility Rules.

10. Click Finish later or Edit Pop-up depending on your preference.
    

• Finish later: Saves the Pop-up as Draft and marks it as Inactive.
• Edit Pop-up: Takes you back to the Pop-up where you can make changes.

11. Once you are done creating the pop-up, select the widget, and then click Send to ready.
    

12. Go to the Ready Stage and select the segment you want to move to Production Stage, and then click Push to production.
