Add a Video to Self Help

Whatfix enables you to add videos to Self Help. Create videos within a Self Help Segment or add existing videos to a segment.
When end users click a video content in Self Help, a pop-up appears, and the video plays inside the pop-up, as shown in the following image:
Create Videos within a Self Help Segment
Use the following steps to create a video within a Self Help segment:
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
Click Self Help.
Go to the required Self Help segment and then click the Edit icon.
Click Create and then select Video using the dropdown.
Enter the Title and upload the video or insert the Video Link.
- Add search keywords to the link to facilitate easy searching for end users in Self Help.
- Add tags to your link content.
- Click Save Video.
Add existing Videos to a Self Help Segment
Use the following steps to add an existing video to a Self Help Segment:
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
Click Self Help.
Go to the required Self Help segment and then click the Edit icon.
Click Add Content.
Filter the content using the Filter option. From the dropdown, select VIDEO.
Select the required video, and then click Okay.
Click Save.
