Disable Self Help

Disable and enable Self Help at any time. When you disable Self Help, the widget disappears from the application immediately, and your end users can no longer access it.

Use the following steps to disable the Self Help segment:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click All widgets.
    ia_dashboard_left_nave_allwidgets

  3. Click Production tab.

  1. Select the Self Help segment that you want to disable using the checkbox, and then click Remove from production.

  2. In the pop-up that appears, click Remove from production.
