Download Funnel data to understand how your end user navigates through your application. Use this information to analyze the average time taken between interactions. The data is generated in CSV format as shown in the following image.

Use the following steps to download Funnel data,

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.

  1. Select the Funnel Insight for which you want to download the data.

  2. Scroll down to the Funnel Data section, and then click Export data.

The .csv file is downloaded in your local drive.
