Embed a OneDrive video using Embed code

Whatfix enables you to embed videos to any Pop-up template to deliver more information to your users. Use the description section to embed a video.
Adding a video embed code in a Pop-up is a 2-step process:
Step 1: Get the video embed code.
Step 2: Insert the video embed code in the Pop-up.
To add a video hosted on OneDrive to a Pop-up, perform the following steps:
Step 1: Get the video embed code
The Embed option is only supported in OneDrive for Personal and not in OneDrive for Business.

Go to the video on OneDrive and open it.

Expand the horizontal elipses in the tool bar, and then click Embed.

In the sidebar, click the Generate button.

Copy the embed code.
Step 2: Insert the video embed code in the Pop-up

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Pop-ups.
- Hover your cursor over the Pop-up segment you want to configure, and then click the Edit icon.

In the Description section, place the cursor where you want to add the video and double-click to open the Rich Text Editor.

Click the Insert Video icon.

Paste the embed code that was copied in the first part above.

Click Insert.

Finish creating the Pop-up.
