When logging into your Whatfix account, if you enter a wrong password, or forget your password, attempt to enter the password again, reset the password or unlock the account.

How can I prevent my account from getting locked?
When repeated unsuccessful attempts occur to access an account, Whatfix locks the account for security. A warning appears when only two attempts remain to enter the correct password.
Note
- If confident about recalling the correct password, click Try Last Time.
If unsure of the correct password, click Forgot Password to reset the password. The Forgot Password option becomes unavailable once locked out of the Whatfix account. For more information, see Reset my password.
How can I unlock my account when it is locked?
When the wrong password is entered during the last attempt, Whatfix locks the account. An email is sent to the registered email address with instructions to unlock the account.
