Unable to see the Embed option for Whatfix content

You are trying to embed Whatfix content like Flows but, the Embed option is not visible on the Dashboard.

Probable Cause

The Embed option is not visible for Whatfix content like Flows if they are still in the Draft or Ready stages. You can embed Flows and Launchers as multi-format outputs only if they are in the Production stage.

Suggested Solution

Use the following steps to embed Flows and Launchers once they are in production:

  1. On the Whatfix dashboard, go to the Production tab.
    CLM_DB_Production_Stage1

  2. Open the Flow or Launcher you want to embed, and then click the Embed dropdown menu.

  3. Select the option you want from the dropdown.
