Whatfix Desktop captures both Flow failures and exits.
- Flow failure - when there is something wrong with the Flow, and the user is not able to proceed.
- Flow exit - when the Flow is functioning, but the user chooses not to continue.
Flow exits happen due to one of the following reasons,
-
Flow closure issue: User explicitly closes the Flow using the X icon.
-
Flow transition issue: User did not click on the next available action in the Flow, but clicked any other Flow.
-
User navigation issue: User either moves away from the computer or there is no activity from the user.
The reasons for exits can be seen when you hover your mouse over the chart in Flow Analytics.
