The Archived section
You can view all content and widgets that are currently archived in the Archived section.
Use the following steps to view all Archived content or widgets:

For content:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click All content.
For widgets:
-
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.
- Click the More icon.

The More icon appears on the Dashboard only if you have enabled the Archival feature for your account.
- Click Archived content if you are in the Content section, or Archived widgets if you are in the Widgets section.

When you archive content or widgets, the other content creators on the Dashboard will be notified through the Notification center on the Dashboard.
View mode options

From the Archived section, click a content or widget to view its details, however, you cannot edit the content or widget.

For Flows, Smart Tips, Beacons, and Launchers, you have the option to copy the ID.

You can also export Flows, Smart Tips, and Beacons as a PDF.
Filter
You can filter the content in the Archived section by type of content, who archived the content or widget, and tags.
Use the following steps to filter content or widgets in the Archived section:

In the Archived section, click Filter.

Click the properties you want to filter by.

Choose the required filters.

Click Apply Filters.

You can remove all filters by clicking Reset.
