Due to the Smart Context applicable on the search experience of Self-Help, some queries for which content is already available return unsuccessful results. A configuration option to exclude search scope from smart context is available.

This configuration enables end users to search for any content irrespective of the page that they are on. Additionally, the configuration enables the following capabilities:
Flow failure management for single page applications.
Flows that are not relevant to the current page are displayed as slideshows. The See live option is unavailable for such Flows.
Search results are not filtered based on page tag evaluation of smart context.
