You can integrate Freshservice with Whatfix to fetch articles from your Freshservice Repository and display them as contextual links in the Self Help widget. You can choose to either fetch all the content or only articles in particular folders.
To enable Freshservice integration, contact support@whatfix.com.

- In case you don't provide the folder or category name with our Whatfix representative, then all the content in the repository is crawled.
