Reorder Self Help or Task List content

To reorder content inside Self Help or Task List, drag and drop the content to the desired position. This feature is supported within the Segments of widgets.

The drag and drop function is not supported on Internet Explorer 9 and below.

Use the following steps to change the order of content:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Click All widgets.

  1. Hover the cursor over the segment you want to modify, and then click the Edit icon.

  2. Drag and drop the content to its new position.

  3. Click Save.

Note

To see the changes, ensure that the segment is pushed to Production.
