The Self Help widget might hide parts of the application, hindering visibility and accessibility for users. To overcome this issue, Whatfix enables you to reposition the widget for better visibility.
- End users can change the widget position and Whatfix remembers the new position on the next visit.
- When end users reposition the Self Help widget, other Self Help widgets on different pages or applications also move to the new location.
- The Self Help widgets on other pages and applications appear in the new position only in the following two scenarios:
- If end users have the same user role
- If the Self Help widget is present in the same browser
- The Self Help widget resets to the default position when the browser cache is cleared.
