Self Help does not display

Issue

You have added content to Self Help and pushed it to production, but the widget doesn't show up on your application

Cause:

Self Help may not display if,

• the segment is not live
• the visibility rules aren't set correctly or have expired
• there's a conflict between the Visibility rules of two Self Help segments
• there is no content inside the Self Help segment
• your browser is configured to block Pop-ups

Solutions:

• Check if the segment for the Self Help is active. After a segment is created, it has to be explicitly made active.
  

• Check if you have content in Self Help.
  Whatfix is configured to display Self Help only if you have created at least one content unit that involves element selection.

• Set correct visibility rules.
