To display information to users before running a Flow, Whatfix enables the configuration of a Pop-up called Flow information Pop-up. The Pop-up appears before the steps in a Flow start appearing.
For example, instruct users to keep particular information accessible before running a Flow to prevent any interruptions. Achieve this use case by adding the wfx_play_as_popup tag, either in the Studio while creating a Flow or on the Dashboard after Flow creation.
- Flow Title and Description appear in the Pop-up.
- The Flow information Pop-up does not appear if the Flow is attached to a Pop-up.
Use the following steps to show information to your users before running a Flow:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click Flows.

Select the Flows you want to launch as a Pop-up.

Click the Tags icon.

In the dialog box, click the Plus icon.

Search for the wfx_play_as_popup tag and select it from the list.

Click Done.
Customizing the Flow information Pop-up
Use the following steps to customize the Flow information Pop-up:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

Click Flows.

Under the Flow Theme tab, click the Flow As PopUp tab.

Make the necessary changes on this page using the following information.
The configurations that you can change are listed below:
- Choose formatting options like text size, color, style, and alignment for the Flow information Pop-up header and description text.
- Configure the Guide Me button text, text color, and button color.
- Enable/Disable the Skip button, and configure its text and color.
- Enable/Disable the X icon (close) on the Pop-up and configure the color of the icon.
