Use excel format to upload translated content

Once the content is translated, the final step in the translation process is to upload the translated Excel file into your Whatfix account.
Convert the translated file into a .zip file and then begin the uploading process.
Use the following steps to upload the translated Excel file into your Whatfix account:
If you are a Translator, start from Step 3.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

Click the Upload icon next to the language for which you want to upload the file.

On the pop-up, click + Choose zip file.

From your device, select the translated .zip file and then click Open.

Click Upload.
- Content can be translated only if they are in the Draft or Ready stages.
- The confirmation pop-up gives details of the content that is not translated.
- Click Okay.
- When the upload is successful, you receive a success email.
- If the upload fails, a failure report is sent to you via email.

For the language you are translating to, click the Upload icon.

Click choose file.

From your local files, select the zipped language file.

Click Upload.
- When the upload is successful, you receive a success email.
- If the upload fails, a failure report is sent to you via email.
