A Beacon is a shout-out to draw your end user’s attention on a specific element in your application. Beacons ensure that the end user does not miss any communication that they need to be aware of. In addition to drawing their attention, you can also link existing content to the Beacon and provide additional information.
Use cases
You can use Whatfix Beacons to do the following:
- Introduce new features to your end users.
- Inform your end users about change management.
- Remind your end users about the approaching expiry date of a feature or application.
