When to install 64 bit and 32 bit Whatfix Desktop applications

The Whatfix Desktop application installers (Studio and Player) are available for both 32-bit and 64-bit applications.

The 64-bit Studio and Player installers are the default installers. However, for 32-bit SAP applications, ensure that you use the 32-bit configuration instead. If you need to change how Whatfix Desktop application is set up for your users, such as switching between 32-bit and 64-bit versions, contact support@whatfix.com, as this change can only be made by Whatfix.
