When you search for any content in Self Help, the results are based on the Tags (Role Tags) associated with it.
Two scenarios are possible when you search for any content in Self Help:
- If all the conditions for the Role Tags are met, the content appears in Self Help. This is counted as a successful search.
- If the content exists in Self Help but does not appear when you search, it is because the relevant Role Tags conditions are not evaluated. This is counted as an unsuccessful search.
For example, if a Flow is configured with an 'Editor' Role Tag, it will appear in the Self Help only when a user with the Editor role searches for it. If someone with a translator role searches for it, it leads to an unsuccessful search.
However, your analytical results are seen at a consolidated level - across your users, and because the same terms could give different results due to these permissions, there can be instances where you see both successful and unsuccessful search results for the same keywords in Analytics.
Here is an example of the same text appear in both Successful and Unsuccessful Search | |
