# Error: 500 while accessing Flow Video links

## **Issue**

Accessing the Flow Video link from Self Help results in 500 HTTP error.

## **Probable Cause**

The links can break due to changes or updates in the UI.

## Suggested Solution

Reselect the elements and update the URL in the Flow. After updating the Flow, push it to production and generate it as a Video link. To generate Flow as a Video link, see [Add a Flow ad Video to your Dashboard](/studio/docs/add-flows-as-a-video-on-the-dashboard).
