Add a link to Task List

Whatfix enables you to add a link to an external source of content in the list of the content displayed in Task List.

There are two ways to add a link to Task List,

Create a link inside Task List

Use the following steps to create a link,

On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Widgets.
Navigate to the Task List segment you want to create a link and click the Edit icon.
Under Create, click Link.
Enter the purpose of the link in the Display Text field and link in the Link field.

Note

Enter search keywords and add tags, if needed.

Add an existing link to Task List

Use the following steps to add an existing link to Task List,

On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Widgets.
Navigate to the Task List segment you want to insert a link and click the Edit icon.
Click Select.
Set the filter to LINK.
Hover your cursor over the link(s) you want to add and select using the checkbox, and then click Okay.
Click Save.
