# Add a PDF to Task List

Whatfix enables you to add PDF files to a Task List as Link content. Add a PDF to a Task List in the following ways:

Add a new PDF to a Task List Segment

Use the following steps to add a new PDF file to a Task List segment:

**Drag and drop** or **Browse** option is not available for accounts with [Self Hosted/ Export model](/studio/docs/self-hosting-whatfix-content).

Additionally, add Tags and Keywords to the PDF.

1. Click **Save**.

 
    

Add an Existing PDF to a Task List Segment

Add an existing PDF file to your Task List segment using the **Select** button.

Use the following steps to add an existing article to a Task List segment:
