# Add or remove content from Explorer

The [content listing](/studio/docs/content-in-explorer) in Explorer is determined by the default listing of the Self Help segment shown in the application. To add or remove content from Explorer, you must edit the list of content in the corresponding Self Help segment.

Use the following steps to edit a Self Help segment:

1. Click the Self Help segment you want to add or remove content from.

## Add existing content to a segment

If you have already created content and you want to add it to your Self Help segment, use the following steps:

2. Choose between the following options:
  - **Select From Library**: Browse all the content in your Dashboard and select the content you want to add to the segment.
  - **Select by Tags**: Combine tags to define the content that you want to add to your segment. Any content that has a valid set of tags is added to your segment.

**Select From Library**

    
Select the content you want to add to your segment. You can search for content by its title and filter by content type. Check the **Select All** checkbox to select all the content on your Dashboard.

**Select by Tags**

You can add surveys to your segment by [creating a link for it](/studio/docs/add-a-survey-as-a-link-to-your-whatfix-dashboard) and then adding the link to the segment.

1. Click **Okay**.

## Create and add content to a segment

From within the Self Help segment configuration page, you can create new static content and add it to the segment. Use the following steps:

3. Create and save your content. For more information about how to create each type of static content, see [Static Content](/studio/docs/static-content).

Your newly created content is saved in the Draft stage and added to your Self Help segment.

## Add all content to a segment

## Remove content from a segment

- If you've configured the segment to include all existing and future content, you cannot delete content.
