# Add an Article to Task List

Articles help your end users find one-line answers within the Task List without navigating to a different page. 

## Create an article within a Task List Segment

Use the following steps to create an article within a Task List segment:

4. Click **Create** and select **Article** using the dropdown.

5. Enter the **Title**, **Description**, Search **Keywords** and **Tag**.

6. Click **Save Article**.

## Add an Existing Article to a Task List Segment
Whatfix enables you to add an existing article content to your Task List segment using the **Select** button. 

Use the following steps to add an existing article to a Task List segment:

4. Click **Select**.

5. Filter the content using the Filter option. In the dropdown, click **ARTICLE**.

6. Select the desired article from the list.

7. Click **Okay**.

8. Click **Save**.

* The selected article appears in the Task List segment.
