Adding Text Content to Self Help

Often, all the user is looking for is a simple answer. It doesn't make sense to take them to a different page just for a one line answer. Whatfix enables you to add a simple line of text as a short answer to queries or FAQs inside the Self Help widget.
Adding Text Content
- Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
- Click My Content.
- Click Create button and then click Text.
- Add the Display Text and Description and then click Save.
If you have enabled Smart Context, all content created on your application is auto tagged. However, static content (text, video, and links) is not created on your application and you must add the global-page tag to display such content in the Self Help widget on your application. - Once created, you can find it on the Dashboard. All Text content is depicted by its own icon on the dashboard.
