Adding Text Content to Self Help

Often, all the user is looking for is a simple answer. It doesn't make sense to take them to a different page for that information. Whatfix enables you to add a simple line of text as an answer to simple queries or FAQs inside the Self Help widget.
Adding Text Content
- Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
- Click My Content.
- Click Create button and then click Text.
- Add the Display Text and Description and then click Save.
- Once created, you can find it on the Dashboard. All Text content is depicted by its own icon on the dashboard.
