Attributes in the new Visibility Rules experience enable you to segment content and display it to specific users. They help you fetch specific information based on roles, departments, geography, accounts, and more.
Once attributes are integrated with Whatfix, they appear in the Visibility Rules section of widgets for content segmentation.
Types of Attribute rules
There are two types of Attribute rules:
User Attributes enable you to fetch end user information from your application for content segmentation. For example, roles, departments, or divisions. These attributes are created either manually or automatically, depending on the out-of-the-box Integrations. For more information, see User Attributes.
Enterprise Attributes enable you to fetch your application information for content segmentation. For example, geography, account type mapped, and more. These attributes are created manually or automatically depending on the out-of-the-box integrations. For more information, see Enterprise Attributes for content segmentation.
