The Whatfix Audit logs capture events that show "**who"** did "**what"** on the Whatfix Dashboard and "**when"**. These logs provide insights into past user activities. Whatfix captures logs that enable auditing of specific actions performed by users on Whatfix. Along with the actions performed, Audit Logs also capture information on the change occurred. For example, “admin@company.com” upgraded the role of “user@company.com” from Editor to Account Manager. | | Date | The date on which the event was captured | | Time | Shows the time when the event occurred. | | Source IP | Source of the request (client-side) | | Host IP | Server that catered to the request (server-side) | | Event Type | Indicates the type of activity performed (for example, Login, Upload, Download). | | Action details (ad1, ad2,...) | Provides more information on where the change has occurred. For example, if a change is made to a Link in a Flow, then ad1 = flow and ad2 = link. | --- ### View and Filter Audit Logs from the Whatfix dashboard Whatfix enables you to view and filter Audit Logs on the dashboard. > [!NOTE] > Info: > > Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. Use the following steps to download the Audit Logs: 1.
