Yes, Analytics (which include Guidance and Product Analytics) can be disabled for a particular account. If you do not wish to capture analytics for your account, then the setting can be disabled on the Whatfix dashboard.

Use the following steps to disable Analytics:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

- Clear the Enable Whatfix Analytics checkbox.
