# Can end users permanently close a Pop-up?

Yes, you can enable your end users to permanently close a Pop-up. When configuring a Pop-up, in the **Controls** panel, enable the **Don't show me again** toggle.

Enabling the toggle displays a **Don't show me again** checkbox to your end users. If the end user clicks that option, the Pop-up won't be shown again for the particular user, irrespective of the occurrence count set.
