# Error message on character limit of Whatfix Content

## Issue

When adding content to the description box of Whatfix content such as Flows and Smart Tips, you see an error message that states you have reached the desired character limit. The error message prevents you from adding content further.

## Suggested Solution

The character limit varies for the text field of Whatfix content. When you exceed the mentioned character limit for Whatfix content, you notice error messages.
