Can multi format outputs be displayed in different languages?

Yes, PDFs, Slideshows, and Articles can be exported in multiple languages. To export them in different languages, select the preferred language using the language drop-down while exporting.

PDF

Use the following steps to export PDF in a different language,

  1. Navigate to Whatfix Dashboard. 
    Goto_dashboard

  2. Open the content you want to export.

  3. At the top right, click the PDF icon

  4. Select the language using the language drop-down.

  5. Click Download.

Slideshow

Use the following steps to embed slideshow in a different language,

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard. 
    Goto_dashboard

  2. Open the Flow you want to embed, and then select Embed using the drop-down menu.

  3. Click Slideshow.

  4. Select the language of the slideshow content using the language dropdown.

  5. Configure the appearance and order of your slideshow using the options available.

  6. Depending on the environment and format that you are working on, copy the respective HTML/ code.

  7. Paste the copied code in your content in the place where you want to display the slideshow.

Article

Use the following steps to embed article in a different language,

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard. 
    Goto_dashboard

  2. Open the Flow you want to embed, and then click Embed drop-down menu.

  3. Select Article using the drop-down menu.

  4. Select the language of the article content using the language drop-down menu.

  5. Configure the width and title options.

  6. Depending on the environment and format that you are working on, copy the respective HTML/ code.

  7. Paste the copied code in your Knowledge base where you want to display the article.
