Can mutli format outputs be displayed in different languages?

Yes, PDFs, Slideshows, and Articles can be exported in multiple languages. To export them in different languages, select the preferred language using the language dropdown while exporting.

PDF

To export PDF in a different language

  1. Navigate to Whatfix Dashboard.

  2. Open the content you want to export.
  3. Click PDF icon at the top right.

  4. Using the language dropdown, select the language you want to export in.

  5. Click Download.

Slideshow To embed slideshow in a different language

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.

  2. Open the walkthrough you want to embed and click Embed drop-down menu.

  3. Click Slideshow.

  4. Using the language dropdown, select the language in which you want to display the slideshow content.

  5. Configure the appearance and order of your slideshow using the options available.

  6. Depending on the environment and format that you are working on, copy the respective HTML/ code.

  7. Paste the copied code in your content in the place where you want to display the slideshow.

Article To embed article in a different language

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.

  2. Open the walkthrough you want to embed and click Embed drop-down menu.

  3. Click Article from the drop-down.

  4. Using the language dropdown, select the language in which you want to display the Article content.

  5. Configure the width and title options.

  6. Depending on the environment and format that you are working on, copy the respective HTML/ code.

  7. Paste the copied code in your Knowledge base where you want to display the article.
