# Cannot see content created on Dashboard

## Issue

Cannot see the widgets/content created on the Whatfix Dashboard

## Probable Cause
The Content section of the Dashboard displays content like Flows, Videos, PDF, and other static content along with Launchers, Smart Tip, and Beacon collections.
However, you cannot see widgets like Pop-ups, Task List, and Self Help in the Content section of the Dashboard. 

## Suggested Solutions

* **Check the Content and Widget section**: 
Check the **Content** section if you are looking for  Flows, Videos, PDFs, and other static content, or widgets like Smart Tips, Launchers, and Beacon collections. 
Check the **Widgets** section if you are looking for widgets such as Pop-ups, Task List, or Self Help.

You can also see Smart tip segments, Launcher segments, and Beacon segments in the Widgets section.

* **Refresh the Dashboard**: 
Sometimes, the Dashboard may not update in real-time, and content or widgets that you have recently created may not immediately appear. Refresh your Dashboard to ensure that you are viewing the most recent content.
