Whatfix uses English as the default language for auto-translation. But if you don't create your content in English, you can change the default language to your preferred language.

Note

For more information on auto-translation, see Auto Translate Whatfix Content.

Use the following steps to change the default language,

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
    Goto_dashboard

  2. On the top right, click the Settings icon.
    CLMDashboard_settings_icon

  3. Click Languages.
    RB_DB_clicklanguages

  4. Under the Default section, click the drop-down menu.
    RB_DB_clickdefaultlang

  5. Select a preferred language.
    RB_Changedefaultlanguage

your title goes here

Once you have changed the default language, you can then auto-translate content to any language based on your requirement.
