Changing the Sync Frequency of an Integration

Sync frequency is the time interval between which the Whatfix crawler indexes or updates your content. By default, the Whatfix crawler fetches the content from your repository once every 7 days. However, depending on how often you publish updates to your content, you may need to change the frequency to a more suitable time frame.

To change the sync frequency,

1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
   

2. On the top right, click the Settings icon.
   

3. Click Manage Repositories.
   

4. In the Integrated Applications section, navigate to the application for which you want to change the sync frequency.

5. Under Actions, click the Ellipsis icon.
   

6. Click View & Edit.
   

7. Click Edit on the pop-up that appears.
   

8. Under Sync Frequency, use the drop-down to select the desired time interval.
   

9. Click Save.
