# Chatbot support

Integrate Whatfix Content with your chatbot service to launch responses to chatbot queries.

Whatfix integrates with all popular chatbot services. The integration enables support and delivery of Whatfix content to end users as bot responses, regardless of the chatbot platform in use.

          Note:

          

To enable this functionality, add Whatfix Flow URLs to the appropriate bot responses. No additional integration is required.

### Types of content you can deliver

- Whatfix content such as Flows, Links, Videos, and more.
- Articles from your Knowledge Base repository.

### Access the chatbot

The following are the two ways to access the chatbot:

- Using the regular chatbot interface in your application
- Integrating the chatbot with the Self Help widget for users to interact with it through Self Help

### Use cases

- End users interact with the bot, and based on the provided inputs, the bot presents the most relevant Flows. When users click a Flow, the process completes automatically.
- When specific information is required from the user before or during a task, the bot asks questions in a conversational manner, and the gathered inputs complete the task.

Whatfix Content includes Flows, Images, Videos, PDFs, Articles and Links.
