To enable this feature for your account, contact [support@whatfix.com](http://mailto:support@whatfix.com?subject=Request%20to%20enable%20unified%20Hub%20experience%20&body=Hi%20team%2C%0A%0APlease%20enable%20Hub%20for%20our%20account.%20%0A%0AThanks). Configure how users interact with the content launched from Hub, such as PDFs, Links, and Flows. On the **Style** page, in the Self Help section, click the **Interaction** tab: - In the **Execute Pdfs and Links** section, configure the behavior of PDFs and Links launched from the Self Help (Explorer) tab - In the **Execute Flows** section, configure the behavior of Flows launched from the Self Help (Explorer) and Task List tabs Info: In Hub, the **Execute Flows** setting in the **Style** section for Task Lists does not apply. Use the following steps to configure the behavior of content launched from Hub: 1. Note: On Mac machines, if the browser is in full-screen or maximized mode, the link opens in a new tab instead of a popup. To avoid this, exit from full-screen to minimized mode for the link to open in a popup. 1. Improved Self Help provides an enhanced and revamped end-user experience of the Self Help widget. Configure how users interact with the content displayed in Improved Self Help such as PDFs, Links, and Flows. Use the following steps to configure the behavior of content launched from Improved Self Help: 1.
