Group content in a Task list

Prev Next

Whatfix enables you to organize content within your Task List segment by creating Task List groups.

Groups are collections of content within the Task List segment. They function like folders. End users can click the group in the Self Help widget to view the content inside it.

In Task List the grouping of content can be used to create learning plans. Combining this with the added capability of multiple content types in Task List, create comprehensive and organized training plans and track progress easily.

The way you group content depends on your requirements. However, the following are some ideas for how you can group content:

By topic: Group together content related to the same subject. For instance, all content about a specific feature in your application could be in a single group.
By content type: Create separate groups for Flows, links, articles, and more.
By difficulty: If your content varies in complexity, consider creating groups such as Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced to cater to different proficiency levels.
