# Create a copy of Task List

Copy a Task List when you need to use the same Task List with minor modifications or when you need to display the same Task List to different end users. It enables reuse of an existing Task List without the need to create it from scratch.

Copy of a Task List is created only in the widget section within the Dashboard.

## Create a copy of a Task List

3. Hover your cursor over the Task List you want to copy and click the **Copy** icon.

:::(Warning) (Note:)
* Whatfix content and widgets can be copied in the Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
* The copy of the Whatfix content or widget appears with the title: **Copy of** <***Content/Widget Title***>.

4. Hover your cursor over the copied Task List, and then click the **Edit** icon to make necessary changes.

5. Make the necessary changes.

6. Click **Save**.
