When opened, the video plays in a dialog box on the same page. You can create videos using the **Dashboard** or **Whatfix Studio**. When you upload a video to the Dashboard, Whatfix uploads the file without processing or modifying it. Whatfix Studio automatically adds [**Auto tags**](/studio/docs/add-global-tag-to-the-content) to static content to ensure it appears contextually. If you create static content on the Dashboard, you must add these tags manually so the content appears correctly in widgets, such as Self Help and Task List. Expand the accordion for more details. Create Videos using Whatfix Studio Use the following steps to create Videos using **Whatfix Studio**: 1. Create Videos on the Dashboard Use the following steps to create a video on your Dashboard: 1. For more information, see [What are the video platforms supported by Whatfix?](/studio/docs/what-are-the-video-platforms-supported-by-whatfix) Whatfix enables you to upload videos using the video URL or the embed code based on the hosted platform. When you create videos on the **Dashboard** or by using the **Whatfix Studio**, you must: - Upload a video using the video URL for Youtube, Vimeo, and Wistia. The preceding platform supports embed code. - Upload a video using the embed code for Google Drive, Microsoft Stream and SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Vidyard. Whatfix enables you to upload videos using the embed code for the following platforms: - Google Drive - SharePoint and Microsoft Stream - OneDrive - Dropbox - Vidyard Use the following steps to upload a video to the dashboard using the embed code: 1. Get the embed code from the hosted platform. - [Embed a video hosted on Google Drive using Embed code](/docs/embed-a-video-hosted-on-google-drive-using-embed-code). - [Embed a SharePoint/Microsoft Stream video using Embed code](/docs/embed-a-sharepoint-video-using-embed-code). - [Embed a OneDrive video using Embed code](/docs/embed-a-onedrive-video-using-embed-code). - [Embed a Dropbox video using Embed code](/docs/embedding-a-dropbox-video-using-embed-code). - [Embed a Vidyard video using Embed code](/docs/embed-a-vidyard-video-using-embed-code). 4.
