Whatfix Content is categorized as follows:  

  • In-app Content requires an underlying application to create content, such as Flows, Smart Tip, Pop-up, Beacon, and Launcher. Use Whatfix Studio to select elements on the application.  
  • Static Content refers to any content that can be created independent of the underlying application, such as articles, links, PDFs, images, and videos. This means you do not need to access the underlying application as it does not require element selection.
